That was an absolute masterclass by Jacob. I appreciated his ability to provide content in a highly digestible format. I will forever remember his ability to keep the group engaged with his stories. I have attended multiple facilitator training courses and have personally facilitated many courses, but that was the best facilitation I have witnessed.
